Cook School

The YUM Cook School classes run regularly and are tailored to suit a wide range of tastes and skill levels - from no fuss simple dinner parties, cheese making courses, meat lovers, seafood, to gourmet styled cuisine. Very popular for corporate and conference groups and are held at The Brantry Restaurant.

A BIG special thanks to Prue for the cook school. Everyone says it was absolutely fabulous. Amazing. Prue (and the other chef) were so open, and so much was covered. Thanks!!!!!!!

The Deli

The YUM Deli located at the front of Scenic Cellars in Taupo serves Allpress coffee, Italian & local salami, French cheese, olives, a selection of lunch and dinner products. We also have a range of ‘gourmet food-to-go’ so busy people can pick up something on the way home from work such as duck confit & dauphinois potato’s or dinner party treats such as vanilla brulee or Panna Cotta.

What a fab concept for Taupo! While on holiday recently, we stumbled across YUM DELI and enjoyed deli lunch products and gourmet dinner to- go everyday... divine food and no cooking on my part, you guys rock!
