For a number of years now YUM have being catering for a range of different styled weddings all over the central North Island. On your wedding day it is important to create an occasion that leaves everyone talking about a fantastic day and divine food. We cover everything from the wedding breakfast set up, wine and the venue. It is important to discuss your specific requirements so we can design a menu to suit your day. We cater for intimate gatherings and large events.Booking & Confirmation
Generally a minimum of 48 hours is required for a catering booking with final numbers, staff required and table settings if applicable. A 20% deposit may be requested and we must be informed of a cancellation 48 hours before the event or a penalty of 20% will be charged.Staff & Table Setting Hirage
At Yum we are proud of the quality and professionalism of our staff that offer a variety of skills from chef services, wait and bar staff. We also have table setting hirage - table linen, glassware, crockery and cutlery which are available for any function that we cater for.Pickup & Delivery
We deliver free within central Taupo. All boxes, platters, dipping bowls, utensils must be returned to Yum unless there is a prior arrangement with the client.
