
Prue Campbell from The Brantry is well known for her skills in the kitchen and has now set up a Cook School so you can share some of her great knowledge. During the year we will also be show casing a variety of guest chefs and great themes. The classes run on a regular basis where you can relax with a glass of wine, watch the dishes being prepared, sample the delicious food and be presented with your own recipes. YUM Cook School also offer corporate cook schools which have proved very popular if you want to get a group together and run workshops while on a conference. We hold them at The Brantry Restuarant and Scott Retreat.
